A Few Items to be aware of:

• Do NOT cancel your service with your current service provider until we have successfully ported the numbers to our platform
• The process can take anywhere between 1-5 weeks. During this time you will continue using your fax with your current vendor.
• On rare occasions there might be a service disruption for a short period of time. It is very rare but be aware.
• Not all #'s are portable. If you are with efax.com or myfax.com they won't allow you to port out.
• You will be contacted by email within 24 hours to provide us with further information and start the porting process.
